Personal rail-gun - (I don't remember its real name, but this is a real gun) An electromagnetically propelled metal round is shot from this weapon that stays accurate to where it was aimed over incredible distances and has incredible penetration capabilities. The round can be shot accurately enough that the shooter can be far enough away from the target that the target will never hear the shot being fired. Bystanders may hear a soft whistle from the round if close enough when it passes by. The penetration capabilities of this weapon render armored vehicles armor virtually useless against it, but the shooter needs to look through the target to see what is behind it as they need to know what exactly is stopping the round. Celeborn only uses this on rare occasions and generally will keep it locked up securely in a case she designed herself. Even if someone got a hold of the gun, without the bracelet she constantly wears on the trigger hand of the weapon's user, it will not fire.
Supernatural/Special Abilities:Celeborn can see two minutes into her own future and will see every possible outcome allowing her to choose which one she wants to follow and will go on with her life as if she had never paused. To everyone else, she does the course of actions son the path she chose and they do not see her on her other paths. When she finds her **'Soulmate'** she will be able to see farther into the future, but only if it affects both of them. When her ability is acting under this facet, she will experience true surprise even though she knows that it is going to happen and as that feeling is something she had never felt before finding this person she enjoys it very much.
Combat Techniques/Abilities: Her ability to see into the future in a battle is limited by her own mind. Her mind does not want to go through dieing an infinite ammount of time so she is limited to two two minute stretches in a battle. (Once done with combat she will revert back to her ability going on non-stop and it does not stop until combat has actually started.) (AP: 25 in combat situation)

Personality: Celeborn has a good sense of humor, and is highly enjoyable to be around for most people unless she wishes to be otherwise. She likes to mess with people's minds as she remembers each possible outcome of the next two minutes and will be able to use information gleamed off of people from that method to play tricks on them or bypass them completely in her rounds.

History(bio): Celeborn was born with her ears looking like those of an elf, supposedly linked to her ability. She rarely cried as a child and did not speak until she was eight, never choosing a path that required her to do so. Even so she always seemed to get top marks in her classes even as they became more and more difficult. In her mid-teens she went from job to job doing an excellent job on all of them, but leaving from boredom. She found a passion in smything, particularly in the leather-working and metallurgy portions of it even though she has a real knack for jewelry as well. She just never enjoyed that part as much as the rest, the most visible difference is her open work method. she allows customers to watch her work so they can see how she does what she does, but with her ability she never needs to show them how to fix an error when one is made.
What set her apart from others in the same field was her thirst to always do something and desire to make her work look better. She would not settle with a piece unless she had somehow made it look better or work better than the items she found elsewhere. Her first complete set of work was clothing done for herself, all of it containing the symbol that is on the necklace she always wears. Though she finds the softened leather clothing fashionable, she loves the durability of it. In order to keep herself from becoming bored with this job she took on the challenge of transporting other's goods from one place to another. She finds that kind of work always interesting as she has yet to fail on a job. By doing the transportation business on the side she is able to spread her name and work far and wide to bring in more customers to her unique shop.
