Character Weapons:A glaive made of the same material as her arms making it almost impossible to damage and saves her the need to ever sharpen it.
Supernatural/Special Abilities: Hikari can manipulate the air to fit her needs. She generally will make a trowing motion and send high powered bursts of air at her target, but when the occasion arises she creates tornadoes. With a lot of effort she can create a tornado that is at the hurricane level of strength, but can only control it for a short period of time before it will dissipate. When concentrating properly she can use the air to push herself up and hover around, but she can not fly. She can cause other things to hover as well but can not generally do other things at the same time. She is not limited to causing air to move away from her, but can cause it to move in any direction she wants. She has a limited control over the temperature of an area by controlling how fast it moves within the area, but she can't control large areas this way.
Combat Techniques/Abilities:Hand-to-Hand: Having trained in multiple forms of martial arts she blends them together to form her own unique fighting enhanced by her arms.(AP: None, innate knowledge)
Sniping: Right before she enters a fight she tends to send a few high speed blasts of air at her targets to soften up resistance as they are next to impossible to see since they are air. (AP: 4+X|X=power in the bolt)
Glaive fighting: her technique with a glaive is a slight variation of her hand-to-hand fighting style, but leans a little more toward her improvisation abilities.(AP: None, innate knowledge)
Improvisation: Hikari uses whats around her to her advantage making ordinary things into weapons or a means of quick escape.(AP: None, innate skill)
Control: Hikari can control air, makeing it move to or from somewhere or even create a cyclonic anomaly such as tornadoes and hurricanes.(AP: varies, more AP based on difficulty of action and force behind the action.)
Personality: Hikari tends to be a good judge of character and is usually pleasant to be around, especially when caught while or after she hits up a beach. Though cheerful in demeanor she has a tendency to say something like it is which upsets some people. Good and bad aside she takes most insults in stride and has no issues in odd and sometimes embarrassing situations. Though happy and cheerful in person, part of it is just a show as she is still slightly traumatized by her accident and when she is pushed right she becomes very mean and each tie this happens she takes a little longer to return to normal.
Likes: Pushing herself to new limits, trustworthy people and the beach
Dislikes: Thugs, pollution and people who don't seem to understand they are in her way
Hobbies: Drawing, painting and high-endurance activities such as climbing cliffs or various forms of martial arts.

History(bio): Hikari lost her entire right arm and her left arm from just above her elbow down in a horrible accident when she was six when she fell off the side of a cliff. Fortunately the rest of her body was unharmed by the incident and she was able to recover in a hospital. After she got out she spent the next two years of her life virtually not existing. She wouldn't talk or even come out when people other than her parents were around as she was ashamed of her missing appendages. Right before she became nine she discovered her abilities and through the growth of them she began to open back up.
By the time she turned fifteen and she had stopped growing she was able to have the arms her parents had worked on for years be attached to her body. While they looked and flt like real arms, just below the surface was a high-tech,armour covered machine with a power source that will theoretically last forever. Not wanting her to have to go through losing her arms again they added all sort of protection and enhancements to the arms and even combined their project with other projects the government was working on. The artificial skin repaired itself and the metal coverings just beneath it were all but impervious to swords and guns. If they do get damage the metal will not dull if there are any sharp spots created making her arm a danger to herself.
Since endowed with her new arms she learned how to use them and then how to fight with them when her father was kidnapped for ransom. As her parents had spent most of their money on her hospital bills and building her arms they ran into some debt to a group of unpleasant entities and when the government failed to help them she took matters into her own hands. She ended up saving her father and found she liked the feeling she had when she did so starting her down a path to become a retriever.
Over the next eight years of her life she trained and practiced to become a retriever and enjoyed every moment of it. Her only real complaint was that her training tended to be more interesting than actually doing the various requirements for the job. She quickly made herself a small name in the business and earned enough money that she could live comfortably on her own and has pushed herself harder so she can be the best at what she does.

If the DEF is higher the STR by 10 points, damage is reduced by 50%, does not go much higher then 50% in lessening damage.)
